After many years working as a Senior Management Consultant, I reskilled into hypnotherapy at the University of West London & St Mary's University, along with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis, where I learned a wide range of hypnosis techniques and therapeutic approaches. Later, I established a practice in central London, and now, I am consulting in Auckland as well as offering online sessions. I specialise in stress & anxiety management, confidence building, as well as dealing with unwanted habits & phobias but I do deal with a wide range of client issues and concerns.
